Trip to the lake

This trip includes: travel by train to Chicago, driving with Bonita to "The cottage" on Lake Reynolds in Lawrence, Michigan, walking on water (or 18 in. of ice that was on water), lunch in South Haven, MI, worshipping with Markham Community Mennonite, hatching dinosaurs at the Suter's and many opportunities to experience peace and centering by the grace of God. Library Sleepover

We packed up our things and headed for the conference library for a mother-daughter sleepover in the cold days of February (what a great time for a sleepover).

Good times "Crafting with Kates" at 11pm and thankfully still smiling.

We stayed up way past our bedtime looking at the multitude of good books to read.

Of course, we had good friends along to make our memories extra special.
